For the latest TATA video I chose a question from user Mixed Nuts on Youtube, who asked on a couple of occasions for me to explain Hot Rails pickups.
Since I had all the components necessary to make a 'Hot Rails' style pickup, and recently bought myself a new coil winder to facilitate the manufacture of guitar pickups, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to dig into what makes these tiny blade humbuckers work.
